What we collect through this website, why, and what your rights are.

This policy covers the personal data we collect through this website — mainly the "Get a quote" contact form. If you go on to become a client, the personal data we hold to prepare your accounts, verify your identity or meet our anti-money-laundering obligations is covered separately by the terms you agree at the point of engagement, not by this page.
When you use the contact form, we collect whatever you enter: your name, business name, email, phone number, the services you've ticked, and anything you write in the message field. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies on this site, so we don't track you across visits or build a profile of you.
We use it for exactly one thing: to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. We don't sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone else for marketing. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest — responding to an enquiry you chose to send us.
If your enquiry doesn't turn into an engagement, we delete it within a reasonable period once it's clear we won't be working together. If you become a client, accounting records are kept for the period HMRC requires — normally at least 6 years after the relevant tax year.

Enquiry emails are sent directly to our practice inbox; nothing submitted through the form is stored in a public database. We keep the site's software up to date and don't ask for financial credentials, passwords or full bank details through the contact form — please don't send those either.
If we change what we collect or why, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
